A free application to shut down the PC automatically.

Countdown is a free application for automatically shutting down the PC.

You can personalize a countdown for the duration you want, and the PC will shut down when it ends, in addition to the classic option of shutting down at a set time. As a final option, the program lets you indicate an individual password for each shutdown, which is necessary if you want to stop the sequence.

An interesting advantage is that in Countdown the user doesn't have to manually add the programmed tasks to the program, as it is automatically added on startup. Countdown works well in any Windows platform, but is optimized mainly for Windows XP.
